Our warehouse and showroom are located in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire (GL20 8GY) but we deliver our rental equipment all over England and Wales.

We are open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm excluding bank holidays.

Yes, you are very welcome to come into our showroom to see us where you can view and try equipment plus collect and return hire equipment.

We hire a wide range of manual and powered mobility aids to help you in and around the home as well as getting out and about. These range from mobility scooters, powered wheelchairs, hoists, hospital and homecare beds, mattress and lifting aids plus manual wheelchairs, walkers and knee scooters and many more. Depending on the hire equipment you are looking for there may be a minimum hire period of either 1 or 2 weeks. This minimum hire period is specified on each of the product pages. If you are unsure please give our team a call on 0800 111 6234 and they will be happy to help.

Orders can either be placed quickly and easily online or over the telephone by calling our team on 0800 111 6234.

At the time of booking you can select a convenient time for your hire equipment to be delivered.

Some of our products are despatched by courier to you on a chosen day, where as other larger pieces of equipment are delivered by our delivery drivers.

Our powered mobility products are delivered by our deliver drivers and will be fully assembled and adjusted to suit. Whereas our manual wheelchairs simply need to be wheeled out of their box, unfolded and the legrests clipped on ready to use.

If you are hiring from us and have finished with the equipment then simply give our team a call on 0800 111 6234 or use our Contact Us Form to arrange a collection. Please note some items may require 48 hours’ notice to book in a collection.

Yes, our rental equipment can be taken away with you when travelling abroad. If you are travelling by air please read our section on Air Travel before going so you understand how the insurance works and who is responsible for the equipment at what stages of your journey. Our rental mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs come with break down recovery while on hire but this can only be used when in the UK. This service is not available when travelling abroad.

If something happens during working hours then please give our team a call on 0800 111 6234. If something happens out side of our working hours then please use our Out of Hours contact form and someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Any ongoing hire payments are automatically taken weekly off of the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234 and they can arrange this for you.

We can accept payment by Visa or Mastercard only.

The user may be eligible for VAT relief if they suffer from a long-term chronic illness or disability. See our VAT Information page to find out more. If you are not eligible then VAT is charged at the standard rate.
